By using The Balanced System website you confirm that you understand that you cannot adapt, share or use for other purposes without written permission.

The data provided may contribute anonymously to the development of a benchmarking dataset and/or local area evaluations.

Terms for Registered Users

We need to store your personal details with your registered account. By using this login area, you confirm that we can store and process your data. We will not pass your data to anyone else.

Your personal data is protected by law and you have a number of specific rights. Once you have logged in you can do the following:

Update your data - if any of your personal information is incorrect or incomplete, please update it through your account details. If you are unable to do so please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it.

Download your data - you can download a file containing your personal information through your account details. This file is CSV format (Comma Separated Values) which can be opened as a spreadsheet or in a text editor.

Delete your data - if you want to remove your personal information from our records, you can request this through your account details. We will either delete or anonymise it by removing all identifying personal information.

Request information - if you have any questions about what personal data is stored and processed, why we need to store it and how long it will be stored for please contact us.
