Better Communication CIC, a not-for-profit organization specializing in commissioning and service development for children’s therapies and SEND, has been commissioned to support a needs analysis and service redesign for the Speech and Language Therapy service in Birmingham. The project will be underpinned by use of the Balanced System®, an outcomes-based framework and delivery model for integrated services.

As part this project’s stakeholder engagement, a number of surveys are being circulated in order to gather information about the current provision and aspirations for the future. Below are links and QR codes for our surveys for:

anyone who has a role working with children and young people with Speech, Language and Communication needs, but is not based in one educational setting.
